You will have access to the entire upper floor of the home( including 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry ) and the entire backyard . Access is via the front door of the property.

The patio door off the dining room leads to the heavenly backyard space, gardens and direct access to Mission creek.

You may access the garage to find our outdoor recreational equipment (bikes, helmets, kayak and lifejackets).

We are close to Downtown Kelowna, but our serene little neighbourhood is tucked away from the busyness. Lower Mission is a lovely, mostly-residential area with many of Kelowna`s top beaches, parks, creeks, wineries, restaurants, pubs, boutiques and grocery stores. It`s also home to the H2O recreational centre (indoor waterpark, gym, soccer fields, playground, library, indoor skating rinks).Lower Mission is known as Kelowna`s little beach-side town with multiple lake access points and the well-known Gyro Beach.
