This modern and spacious holiday home is located in the family-friendly Baltic Sea resort of Kellenhusen (completed in 2020). You live on 84 square meters with 2 bedrooms, 1 living/dining room as well as a fully equipped bathroom and a separate guest toilet with washer-dryer.

The holiday home is perfect for a family holiday. On the upper floor there is the spacious children's room with two single beds. Children in particular feel at home here and in the garden with a lawn area to play. The beach chair on the terrace invites you to relax. The master bedroom is also on the upper floor and with the window open you can enjoy the sound of the sea at night.

The high-quality kitchen is fully equipped. In the open living and dining area you will find a large dining table and a comfortable sofa. Entertainment is provided by a smart TV, a hi-fi system with Bluetooth, WiFi and games for young and old.
