The room itself was comfortable and well presented. However, the location is very misleading and not actually in the main Jimbaran area. There is nothing nearby apart from very poor-quality restaurants, and the surrounding vacant buildings attract dogs that bark throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep.
While the staff were friendly, only a small number spoke English and staffing levels were limited. The air conditioning was ineffective in both the room and common areas, and despite having a control panel, the temperature could not be adjusted. The pool is also very shallow, at approximately one metre deep.
Additionally, there is an extra fee required when using Grab to enter the street where the hotel is located, which was not mentioned anywhere prior to arrival.
