'The coffee at breakfast was really poor quality. The room condition is old and tired. The receptionists were cold, nearly no emotion. No greeting to the customers and not helpful. The porter is the only personnel who is helpful and kind. '

'We had a family room, we are a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teenagers). The family rooms were too small for 4 people. Airco made a lit of noice and could not keep the room cool.
The hotel building was old and a bit outdated (old carpet in hallways and no airco). Price wise it was expensive for the small room.
Breakfast was fine. '
