Apartment Oliva Viridi

The apartment has 85 m2 of net area. It has a separate entrance. The apartment has a large kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with electrical appliances and utensils for standard culinary needs. The living room contains a large sofa, smart TV (140 cm diagonally) and two extra beds measuring 90x200 cm. The bedroom contains a double bed measuring 180x200 cm, a wardrobe, a safe and a folding baby cot. The apartment is fully air conditioned. There is a shared pool of 32 m2 and a hot tub.

The outdoor area consists of an azure pool, hot tub, beach and terrace. Next to the pool there is an old Istrian olive tree and a terrace covered with ivy. The terrace consists of a table measuring 200x100 cm, 2 benches and a gas grill. There is a possibility of preparing various grill desserts. By prior arrangement with the host, it is possible to prepare dinner with local specialties as well as tasting a variety of local wines.

Our place Kastelir is located on the western coast of Istria. About 1,500 inhabitants live in Kastelir. It is about 10 kilometers away from the city of Porec, which is one of the leaders in Croatian tourism. Kastelir is about 10 kilometers away from the sea and the beach. In the village there is a market 150 meters away, a cafe about 200 meters away, a pizzeria restaurant about 550 meters away, an outdoor handball court about 800 meters away and a children's playground about 700 meters away. The place offers the possibility of recreational cycling through our forests of lush Mediterranean vegetation, whose bike paths merge with olive groves, vineyards and fields.
