'To say this place has deferred maintenance would be the understatement of the century. If you don't mind standing in the shower with two or 3 inches of water not going down the drain, then go ahead and use the shower. If you don't mind struggling to use the key on the door, then that wouldn't be a problem. If you don't mind standing directly in front of the air conditioner for the remote to work, then I suppose the air conditioner works fine. If you don't mind an occasional cockroach, then I...

'Beautiful and spacious room, great bathroom, very clean. The hosts were very friendly. Outside of the bedroom, there is also a living room with a fridge and a water dispenser with filter. For us, the location was great - in a calmer area but only a quick taxi ride away from restaurants.'

'Top hotel!

'I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Da Djokja! I appreciated the warm welcome from the hotel staff, especially those in the lobby, who made me feel comfortable and welcome. The gym was another highlight of my stay! It has a great view of the pool from the gym. I find it really cute of how small the gym is and how much equipment it can fit in there. It is also well maintained. I also really liked how spacious my suite was, along with the comfortable bed and large bathroom. I also enjoyed the...

'Kamers zijn in slechte staat. Badkamer is klein en crappy. Alleen het bed is redelijk.'

'I really enjoyed the outstanding service and cleanliness of the property. The food was very good and I enjoyed spending quiet time on the rooftop pool. A great value.'
