Holiday home Ulike is an old stone house, it was completely renovated in 2018. The house is set on the edge of a small place near Motovun, it`s an ideal place for a holiday away from the city bustle.

Close to the house, the former railroad Parenzana, that connected Poreč and Triest, goes by, now an attractive bike route with nice bridges and tunnels. On partly enclosed property the guests have use of a jacuzzi, a parking space, covered terrace with sitting set, barbecue and sun chairs.



Holiday home Ulike for 3 guests consists of an air-conditioned living room with sitting set with sleeping possibility for one person, fully equipped kitchen, dining room and toilet on the ground floor, an airconditioned bedroom with view of the surrounding hills and a bathroom on the first floor. Please note that this property may accept youth groups on request. Please contact us to check. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or younger. If you are a youth group [or planning a stag/hen party], you may be asked to pay an additional security deposit on arrival. Any sums required to repair damage caused to the property by you will be deducted from the security deposit.
