The maritime furnished Non smoking cottage has a spacious living-dining area with fireplace and flat screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and coffee maker is ideal for cooking. Of the two bedrooms, the first has a double bed and the second has two single beds. The bathroom has a bath and shower and a washing machine. Furthermore, all rooms are equipped with underfloor heating and tiles. The large terrace is ideal for sunbathing and barbecuing and is directly adjacent to the large garden.

There are 4 rental bicycles available for free during your stay.

Bed linen and towels are to bring your own.

On departure, the meter reading is checked and settled with the landlord before departure. The landlord sets a price of 0.35 € per kWh.


In a very charming, yet quiet location in the Baltic Sea resort of Karl Hagen is our beautiful and well-equipped bungalow Marleen.

A large garden (610m²) invites you to sunbathe and play. A spacious living room (with fireplace) and dining room and an American kitchen, a bathroom with tub and shower, a hallway with two bedrooms complete the offer. The cottage has accommodation for four people divided into two bedrooms. On the spacious south-east terrace is a stone barbecue and various garden furniture.  Various bicycles (4 pieces) for children and adults are offered free of charge for free use.  The bungalow is located completely in the countryside and is far from traffic noise and other disturbances on a natural plot with mature trees and great views.
