  • “Villa las Brisas” is a beautifully designed villa in Candidasa, East Bali. Conveniently located on Jalan Puri Bagus, away from the main road of Candidasa and its traffic, yet just a short 5-minuet walk to the center where you find shops, bars restaurants and all that Candidasa has to offer. The Villa is a 1 min walk to the ocean, and just a few minuets walk to Puri Bagus Beach where you can find a beach for swimming, snorkeling and departure point for small boat trips. On our little side street, Jalan Puri Bagus, you can find a few nice restaurants, a great café where you can get a proper coffee or espresso and some little local fruit shops. There is even a convenient store on the corner.


    Villa las Brisas has 2 spacious bedrooms (can sleep 5 people), 2 full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, outdoor living area, swimming pool, comfortable gazebo, outdoor shower, covered garage space, Wi-Fi, large flat screen smart TV, a safe for your valuables and a friendly cat.
    Both bedrooms have air-conditioning, fans and closet space.
    The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, gas stove/oven, toaster oven, blender, rice-cooker, pots and pans, cooking accessories, dishes and silverware. There is also an outdoor BBQ grill.

    The Villa comes with linens, bath towels and beach towels. There is also a collection of books for your enjoyment. Villa las Brisas tries to be as eco-friendly as possible so we provide reusable shopping bags and refillable stainless steel water bottles. We also recycle plastic, aluminum, and glass.

    Villa las Brisas has 2 staff members. One comes in the morning and one in the afternoon. They are both great guys and like family to us.
    The staff takes care of the pool and garden, cleaning the floors every day, washing dishes and cleaning the kitchen and bathrooms. They are responsible for all other maintenance, replacing the large jug of drinking water and changing the towels and linens once a week. If you need the towels or linens changed more often please let them know.

    Our cat Cooper is the full time occupant of Villa las Brisas.
    The staff will feed him twice a day, and take care of all the vet visits and any other needs they have.
    If you want to feed or spoil them more, please do!

    Villa las Brisas is our home ½ the year. We love Candidasa, and are happy to have the opportunity to share this amazing place with others.

Paradise in the jungle.

We had a great time in Candidasa. The house was located perfectly, easy to find at a small road, away from traffic and other street noice. The layout is ideal: Seating area, kitchen and bedrooms are built around the beautiful well maintained pool. From every spot you were looking into the huge coconut trees which surround the house. It’s like living in the jungle. In 5 minutes (walking) you are in the busy area. A big supermarket is also in walking distance so is Casa Coffee the best coffeeshop in town just past the wonderful lilly pond. And also a fantastic restaurant Vincent. The best close by swimming beach is Virgin Beach (sugar white beach) about 15 minutes after a stunning drive. The staff at the house (Wayan and his colleague) were fantastic. Professional and very helpful. We had 4 fantastic relaxing days in tropical paradise.

Very nice place with excellent support from the staff. We enjoyed it very much! The beach is indeed not far, but should not be considered as a suitable place for recreation.

Voortreffelijk.

Wij verbleven de gehele maand oktober in Las Brissas. Erg genoten van het huis,zwembad en de tuinen. Las Brissas ligt in een zeer rustige omgeving waar je vooral in de ochtend alleen maar de vogeltjes hoort fluiten. Ook de 2 medewerkers Wayan en Komang zijn geweldige mensen:vriendelijk,eerlijk en respectvol.Als er problemen zijn lossen deze 2 kanjers het voor jou op niets is ze teveel.Komang heeft diverse ontbijtjes en dineetjes klaargemaakt.Wij hebben veel gebruik gemaakt van een taxi aanrader is I.Komang Sudita als je de poort uitgaat links aanhouden in de bocht is een kleine shop waar je met Dhr.Suditha of vrouw afspraken kunt maken tegen zeer schappelijke prijzen.Dom genoeg onze jassen laten hangen in de villa dankzij Wayan en Dhr.Suditha afgeleverd in hotel in Sanur.Onze complimenten voor deze geweldige mensen en dan ook nog dat vertrouwen dat zij hadden in ons.Klasse!!!!

A little paradise with two angels

We highly recommend this place to stay if you are on a holiday in Candidasa. We stayed there for three weeks and loved this house with the great Staff known as Komang and Wayan. Unfortunaly we had some bad luck with sick children and wild nature but the staff did everything to help us out, they are such warm and kind people, i still miss them! The house is clean with beautiful Bali furniture and a good bed to sleep in!Candidasa is an authentic little village with honest prices and kind and friendly people!

Little slice of calm

Excellent communication, staff come twice daily amd will help with anything you need. Resident cat Cooper is a sweetheart and must be spoiled everyday. Pool is excellent. Highly recommend.

The best place to stay

My family absolutely loved our time staying at the cat house. The Villa is beautiful and the pool is so lovely and clean. We were looked after so well by the staff. We couldn’t have needed anything more. We would definitely recommend staying here, you will have the most enjoyable holiday. The cats are beautiful, my children loved living with cats for a few nights. My family hope to return soon.

Home away from home

We stayed a month in the villa with a few overnighters in other areas. Myself and my husband LOVED it. I cooked, crafted, walked, made new friends and just loved village life. You can go trekking, we didn’t. Snorkeling and diving at Blue Lagoon by junkong (local fishing boat), we did! Eating out on any budget, we did! Loved the position down the off-road, (which has hotels, hotel restos, warungs (local eating places) and yes we ate at those and little shack shops for fresh veges, fruit, cigs, local snacks and beers. Chooks, cats and dogs are all free roaming (and not in the eating way) which we loved, we love animals. And saw the occasional cow tied up having a munch on the greenery! The 2 resident cats Cooper and Lily who live at the villa, became our foster furr babies. You need to love kitty’s to stay here and may I say they made the stay for us brilliant. The 2 human-haha-staff also made our stay brilliant. Gentle Komang who wld come do gardening and clean the pool and cook if you wanted, every morning. He also did the ever important offerings both by the shrine and at the doorway. This is a beautiful gesture I love in Bali. And happy, smiling Wayan who came in the afternoons to do housekeeping, pool and other jobs required. Always had answers or wld get one for us! Happy to help us out in any way. We have been coming to Bali for over 30 years and this has been the best stay for us. Love the quiet coastal fishing village life. I think we shall move there. true!!!

Schöne Unterkunft mit einigen Abstrichen

Das für uns große Manko dieser Unterkunft gleich vorab: Sie ist ziemlich laut, da direkt an der Straße und auch noch in einer Kurve gelegen, so dass von 5.30 - 22.30 Uhr die Mopeds praktisch durch's Schlafzimmer rollen und hupen. Das müsste unbedingt im Inserat vermerkt werden. Außerdem krähen nebenan ab 4.30 Uhr 2 Hähne. Die Unterkunft ist zwar ein Stück von der ganz großen Hauptstraße entfernt, aber keinesfalls ruhig gelegen! Das hat uns leider ziemlich gestresst... Die beiden Schlafzimmer der Unterkunft sind sehr schön - im balinesischen Stil - eingerichtet. Der Rest der Unterkunft ist ziemlich verwohnt und müsste dringend saniert bzw. einer intensiven Reinigung unterzogen werden bei dem Mietpreis. So ist z B. das Waschbecken und die Arbeitsplatte in der Küche so dreckig/verkalkt und verkeimt, dass uns ein bisschen die Lust am Kochen vergangen ist. Das große Bad ist auch in keinem besonders schönen Zustand und viele Dinge sind dreckig oder verrostet etc. Der Pool /Garten ist schön angelegt, bekommt aber fast nie Sonne. Die beiden sehr lieben und hilfsbereiten Staffmitglieder kommen täglich morgens und abends (was uns zu viel war, wir haben dann anderes mit ihnen abgesprochen), um die Betten zu machen, ein bisschen zu putzen und nach dem Garten und den Katzen zu sehen etc. Insgesamt war uns der Mietpreis doch für die Lage und den Zustand zu hoch, da ja auch kein Frühstück o.ä. enthalten war (nur gegen Aufpreis). Wenn wir könnten, würden wir 3,5 Sterne vergeben.

Nice villa in a character town

We enjoyed our stay in villa and had a wonderful time in Candidasa. The villa is specious and light but we believe place need a bit of refreshing or deep cleaning. The beds were always clean and fresh, air conditioners worked great and we had a great sleep. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. We also enjoyed to play with the cats :) In town are plenty of nice warungs to visit and a Virgin Beach is a must go! We enjoyed the views, swim and snorkelling! We alao tried rafting which was a real fun and enjoy the treckibg to Batur. If you are looking for a nice hideaway - it’s a place to go!

Rien à dire c'était parfait un silence total une piscine extérieure très grande parfait pour nager En plus vous avez 2 personnel indonésien komang et I wayan qui s'occupe de tout vos désirs J'ai tellement aimé que j'y retourne l'année prochaine Do not hesitate it's paradise so quiet the pool is gigantic perfect for swimming + The 2 Indonesian villa staff komang and I wayan take care of your every need they are extremely nice guys. Out of all private villas I have rented for my holidays around the world it's my favorite really can't wait to go back hopefully it will be available for my next vacation

Une très belle villa avec sa piscine..et les chambres séparés ,le personnel de la villa aussi sympa ,serviable.. si vous êtes pas allergique au chats et tout ce qui va avec (poils,vomis,odeur des croquettes et poisson),oui de poisson qui et cuisiner dans la villa que j`ai moyennement apprécié vous aller adorer, les chats ont du poisson deux fois par jour,donc des odeur toute la journée,obliger d`enlever les coussin des transat et fauteuils ,poils de chats et taches,dans une des chambres ont a dormi que 2 nuits ,petits lézards et 3 geckos qui sont là tout le temps et font caca partout parce que le toit n`est pas isoler..donc voilà ,je savais qu`il y avais 3 chats dans la villa mais avais sous estimée leur présence et ces inconvénients, les geckos de 15 cm de long dans la chambre bof,la piscine et ombrager (les arbres) ,pour conclure j`ai moyennement apprécié.

Stayed for 7 nights early September 2017. This villa is in an excellent position off the main road in a lovely part of Candidasa. Short walk to the main drag for shopping and restaurants but many choices within a few minutes walk. The villa is very homely and comfortable with 3 resident cats. If you are a cat lover you will love this accommodation. Old man Stryder is a beautiful cat and he's the man of the house. The staff are absolutely wonderfull. Wayan cleaned and kept the villa top notch each day including looking after the gardens and pool. A must do is take a boat trip to White sand beach with Made Carlos. Fantastic fun and a great guy. Overall if you are looking for an affordable homely style villa I would recomend Las Brisas. We will be back on our next trip to Candidasa.
