'Beautifully authentic Balinese gardens and buildings. I had breakfast and dinner every day, overlooking the ocean. The food was great, and generous serves. Couldn't fault the room. For me, the staff were one of the highlights of my stay. They were all friendly, helpful, willing to offer assistance for sightseeing etc. All the trained staff have very good English, and the trainees are being taught. I felt treated like an old friend. Le service est digne d'un hôtel 5 étoiles, repas et petit déjeuner excellent et servi en chambre. La vu sur les rizières est à coupé le souffle. Je recommande fortement.'

'Très bel hôtel avec des chambres magnifiques. Si vous cherchez un lieu décentré c’est le bon endroit. Par contre si vous souhaitez profiter de la mer, cherchez un hôtel plus proche de la côte. Il faut compter 15 min de montée/descente de l’hôtel vers le point « drop on/off » avec une navette par heure (5km). Les services sont impeccables mais comme l’hôtel est décentré vous payez un prix supérieur. Le lieu est très calme mais si malheureusement vous tombez en période de fêtes, les voisins...

'This place is VERY remote. Not exactly a problem being remote, except for when you book transportation through the venue itself you expect your 3 hour drive to be well vetted. No apologies for lost and late drivers throughout the stay. Further, the communication with staff at the hotel was very inadequate, especially with their driver.
