Welcome to the "Flaschenpost" house in Olpenitz. Enjoy a holiday on the Baltic Sea! The house boasts a charming location surrounded by greenery and is situated right by the Baltic Sea. It offers 80m² of living space, including an open-plan living and dining area with a wood-burning stove, a kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a terrace.
Relax on the sofa in front of the flat-screen TV or unwind on the terrace at the end of your holiday. The sofa in the living area can be converted into a sofa bed (140 x 200 cm), providing two additional sleeping spaces for children. On cooler days, the wood-burning stove in the living area provides cozy warmth. Delicious meals can be prepared in the fully equipped kitchen.
One of the two bedrooms offers a comfortable box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm) and a flat-screen TV, while the other bedroom features a large box-spring bed (200 x 200 cm). Both rooms include a wardrobe and blackout curtains, ensuring a restful night's sleep.
A bathroom with a window and privacy screen is located on the ground floor and is equipped with a shower, a towel warmer, and the highlight: an infrared sauna. Here you can warm up and relax on cold days. Another bathroom, also with a window and privacy screen, is located on the upper floor and also offers a towel warmer and a shower.
From the living room, you can access the terrace, which invites you to relax. Besides garden furniture, it offers a parasol and a charcoal grill. So nothing stands in the way of a pleasant barbecue evening.
