'Very good, helpful and courteous staff.'

'Clean room and excellent ambience with friendly staff'

'Good'

'Everything was like I expected, including the location which was very central. What I liked most was that they allowed me a late check out, unlike others who rudely decline, pretending to be fully booked. Thank you.'

'Clean, secure and well located property . Good value for money.'

'They have renovations going on so hopefully it’ll get better after that'

' Beautiful. Serene. Great place for those that enjoy being amidst the nature. The staff were friendly and ready to assist. '

'WORST - This hotel must be banned - Not even worth 0 star I came to Kozhikode to visit my relatives and stayed at this hotel with my wife. I booked a ‘Deluxe’ room and paid a premium price for it. Very poorly maintained rooms with dirty walls, dirty curtains, stained bedsheets, dirty pillows with human hair stuck to it from the previous person usage and the bathroom white towels have stains and become brown in color because of prolonged usage and the management is least bothered to replace...

'Wonderful breakfast options , loved it'
