Great Unit and Facilities

Great place for kids, pool and lagoon are very safe and well thought out. Rental included all equipment we needed for the water. Location had easy access and close to shops and restaurants. Can’t wait to return.

Relaxing stay

Four of us stayed in the condo. Easy access off the highway. The host met us at the resort to ensure the checkin went smoothly. Grounds are beautifully maintained. Slow season so no crowding for pool chairs or tables. Pool lounges could use new cushions due to staining but no rips or tears. Live music at the bar 5-7 pm was nice. Bar prices are very high, $20/drink which is typical so go to Safeway a few miles away and stock up. Had a quiet pool and a normal pool with a few kids. We preferred the normal pool because of the people interaction. Great lunch down at Marriott’s longboard cafe with reasonable prices. Will return for sure.

Great Option

We really enjoyed having a whole condo with full kitchen & shared spaces. Some of the best vacation time is spent in the down moments when everyone is just hanging out, and hotel rooms do not provide that. These villas are great. Only downsides of the property are lack of commercial options - close grocery & eateries, and the actual beach is meh.

Fabulous Condo

This is a beautiful condo in a great location. I was here with my 2 grown children, their spouses, a 6yo, 3yo and 1yo. The floor plan is perfect for families. Bedrooms are in the back, the living room/kitchen open up to the Lanai with plenty of seating for everyone. There is a nicely stocked outdoor storage bin that has goggles, fins, umbrella, lawn chairs, two coolers and a wagon along with beach toys for the children. The facility has a very strict policy of not hanging wet towels or bathing suits anywhere outside so it was a little challenging on where to let them dry indoors. That said it does provide beautiful views everywhere! Aloha

Beautiful location for a quiet respite

The property was beautiful with courteous staff and relaxing vibes. The villa was impressive and worth the cost for our stay. There is a gym equipped with everything you need for a full workout, a quiet pool that opens early for lap swims, koi ponds where gueats can partake in feeding twice a day, a gorgeous lagoon pool with hot tub and even a sand bottom beach pool. Be aware that if you plan on having a few drinks by the pool, you should use the ice chests provided in the room and take your own. The poolside bar is WAY over-priced at $17 for a rum and coke. Be sure to utilize the pool-side grills as well. The bar food is also WAY over-priced and underwhelming. Another aspect of the lagoon pools is that you aren’t allowed to play music (at any volume). I encourage you to enjoy the Paradise Cove Luau, as it is one of the best on the island, going into the cultures and history of Hawaii. It's located jist down the street from the property. There is also a market nearby but i would recommend only using it for essentials until you can get to the nearby walmart or safeway. If you're a golfer, this is the perfect property for you, as the golf club is just across the street and has an immaculate course. Overall, we had a wonderful and relaxing stay. Aloha and Mahalo!

Hawaii trip

There were 8 family members staying in the condo and we all enjoyed the condo and especially the pools and access to the ocean. It was great to have snorkeling gear available for use in the ocean and it was used by many of us.

Thanksgiving with the family

The property is in a great location, stores and small restaurants nearby. There are no restaurants or bars on the premises. The property we were in had 3 bedrooms, tons of room, full kitchen which we made several meals in. Our lanai was great, we could have 5-6 people out there looking at the pool and toward the ocean having morning coffee or drinks in the evening.

Great villa but had some problems

Great place but had a lot of issues. First we had requested 2 cribs for out twins and when we arrived there were no cribs and only 1 pack and play. We asked for a second and were told they may or may not be able to get us one. They found a second but no matress so it was very hard and were told we would have one the next day. Day 2 internet can't connect and this goes on for 4 days of going back and forth with manager. Day 2 I call to see about the matress and was told that target sold out.... she was giving me a song and dance about getting a mattress and then changed her story to they cant buy them at the store. After getting perturbed with the situation I requested a refund of some money and magically a matress was delivered. Back to the internet, on day 4 we finally recieved the correct log in info. Day 3 I go to take a bath and the master doesnt hold water. Again had to call to get fixed. After being fixed it held water but then wouldn't drain without completely removing the drain piece. Also when arriving went to check out our view and the pool in front of our lanai was being renovated so all we could see was a giant tent. Wish I would've known I would've booked a different villa. Gorgeous villa terrible view and lots of hiccups. Was somewhat stressful instead of relaxing with all the problems.

Amazing property in fantastic location.

The property is as described. Ko'Olina is the perfect place for those wanting to experience Hawaii and not the madness of Waikiki. Everything was smooth and easy on checkin/departure. The condo is great and the lagoons and pools are also great. We would definitely go back to this property!

Absolutely fabulous! Everything from the condo to the entire property was beautiful!

Communication between the property manager was great! When I had questions I was answered very quickly. The location of this place is wonderful and the entire property was clean and beautiful. The beach was quiet, clean, and stunning. This was our first time to Oahu and it was amazing. We will definitely be coming back to stay at this same complex!!

Wonderful Condo in Resort Setting

Stayed in this condo for 7 nights in January. My wife and I and our 3 college age kids. Definitely met or exceeded our expectations based on other reviews and the pictures. Plenty of space for us. Very clean and modern. Great lanai for morning coffee and relaxing. Only hiccup was the wifi. Needed a new router that was installed half way through. The person assigned to attend to our needs was very responsive. Wonderful pool area and awesome beach and walkway to the Disney and Marriott resorts. Within walking distance of restaurants and the ABC store for groceries. Also an excellent coffee shop. Loved the whole setting. Great to just stay around and enjoy the area or drive to some other parts of the island. I would highly recommend renting from this owner. Can't say enough nice things about our experience. Helped that the weather was nice during our trip.

The property is so beautifully maintained and the beach has the most amazing sunsets!

The condo was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 4 teenage kids! We had everything we needed in the condo. The location is great as well and made it easy to get around for sight seeing. Or you could stay at the resort with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. We had the most amazing vacation!

A Beautiful, Comfortable, Spacious, Quiet place to stay

There were five of us and we had plenty of room for all of us. The villa was very nice and comfortable and we loved the pools, ponds and lagoon It was a beautiful place to stay and we had our own elevator. I loved that we were able to spread out and not feel crowded and it was nice to be away from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki. Cherie was very kind to us and greeted us when we got there and showed us how everything worked. We would definitely come back again, loved it!

Rejuvenating and relaxing

Villa was beautiful and the facilities were nice. We did however have a situation with a maintenance worker named Randy who treated us and our friends with disrespect and contempt. We were in the wrong as we were 10 min late leaving the premises at 9 pm because we had to clean up our bbq area and we had 8 small kids to also get into gear but considering the number of kids and trying to get everything in order there should have allowed some flexibility. Later we were also notified that we were only allowed 8 guests in the bbq area which we weren’t aware of. I frankly didn’t like the tone and the way we were treated by Randy. Everyone else on staff was very courteous and respectful. Just stay clear of Randy and you will have a wonderful time.

Perfect

This condo was perfect for our family. We have a big group and got 2 different condos. This one was so great for children. The Lanai was big and there is the railing was safe for little ones. The management team was easy to work with and accommodating! They met us and gave us a tour. We had everything we needed for the little ones. The kitchen was great! There was every utensil, pot and pan you could ever need! The beds were good , and the place was comfortable. The resort as a whole was more than we ever hoped for- pools and beach close. The shops and restaurants were close also. We loved waking up to see the ocean and drinking our coffee on the Lanai. We had such a good time and didn’t want to leave! This place is wonderful.
