Guests have access to the unit and common areas of the building. Common areas include: the lobby, gym, and game room. Guests also have access to free street parking or a paid parking spot in the parking lot. Message me for paid parking details.

The residence is really close to restaurants, coffee shops, entertainment venues. Including the River Market board walk!

We offer FREE street parking, which is regularly patrolled overnight and monitored by security cameras. If you prefer designated parking, we also offer a parking spot option in a lot for $45 (for stays under 2 weeks) or $75 for monthly stays. Let us know in advance if you’d like to reserve the gated spot!
