If you are heading to KC for a sports event at Arrowhead or Kauffman - this is the place!!! We got in Arrowhead (and out) crazy fast for the Husker game. Tiny bathroom, but other than that no real complaints. Would definitely stay here again.

nice place to stay

we stayed for a wrestling tournament, the house was conveniently located near the arena. The house had everything we needed and we definitely enjoyed our stay. would recommend the house to anyone looking to stay in the Kansas City or Independence area.

The place was clean but an overwhelming strong odor I could not stay there. I asked for owner to refund the second nite which they DID NOT because I didn't read her message to cancel before midnite because I was busy for three hours trying to find another place to stay and was driving. URG

This property was clean and in a good location, close to thing we wanted to do. When first looking at the property it stated there was a pullout couch, so a little disappointed that there wasn’t but no harm. Overall it was a great experience!

Chiefs game visit

This is a nice cute place to stay and very close to Arrowhead Stadium (5 min. away). Our teenager loved the fact that she had her own area upstairs and my husband and I had our space downstairs. We had a dog and it was easy to take the dog out in the fenced in back yard. We didn't do any cooking so we didn't use the stove or dishes. Communication was easy and area was safe. We would stay there again.

Pros: Price was reasonable. Location to Arrowhead stadium was good. Cons: It could use a deep clean. The arcade game didn't work. Strange layout. Step to bathroom and stair case to second floor could be dangerous and/or difficult for elderly persons to maneuver. Also apparently there are multiple rental units on the same property and it's hard to tell which is which. The guy renting the room below us arrived around midnight and was trying to get in the upstairs bedroom. He was rattling and trying to jar the door open. My daughters were staying in that room and it scared the crap out of them. We thought someone was breaking in.

Perfect for a few nights stay

Perfect location in a quiet neighborhood to stay when going to Arrowhead for a game. House was clean and cozy. Beds were very comfortable. We had a minor issue and the owners were there to resolve the issue in less than 10 minutes.

This bungalow guesthouse was cozy and had a fenced in backyard. My wife and I enjoyed our 4 night stay. The Neighborhood was quiet. The bungalow fit our needs and the price was fair.

The bungalow was so well kept and very clean It is a beautiful place to stay in the host were very attentive and communication was very easy definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Kansas City and looking for a well kept clean cozy place to stay in my experience here was great me and my friends enjoyed our stay it’s also very close to the Stadiums

Better than a hotel!

This was the perfect little house for our stay. It was so close to the stadiums and had everything we needed. They thought of everything, and only driving 5 minutes to get to the Kansas City game can’t be beat!

Wonderful Place!

Everything was clean and welcoming. The appliances work well. Back yard area is great as well. The bathroom is a tad small but more than adequate. My kids loved the upstairs area. The window acs kept the house nice and cool. The only sad part was that there was not an xbox as listed because we brought games. However, the arcade game was pretty cool.

Independence visit

Bed is not queen size as listed and mattress was not fitting the frame and overhang. Should use white sheets to help display cleanliness. Bathroom was too small and there were little ants around the sink! Both doors need adjusting- difficult to open without force. Yard needs grass! Worse neighborhood to have rental - city ordinance to stop fireworks at midnight but they keep shooting off until 1am! Worst experience ever!

Met our needs

Beds are very comfortable. Coffee station was cute and stocked. Tv was great. Great that we could have our dog there. Small bathroom so a larger person might have trouble. Stairs to the upstairs bedroom are quite narrow and turn. Again, not a problem for us but if larger, it could be. The boys loved the arcade game and separate bedroom up and away from the rest of the place. Didn’t use the washer and dryer but they looked in great shape.

Great hosts! Nice stadium location.

This is a great place for two couples to stay and have nice privacy. Bathroom is small but adequate. Hosts were wonderful with communication. Coffee and snacks met us upon arrival.
