Villa Elena is located in the village of Ladići in the interior of Istria, only 30 minutes drive from the west coast of Istria. If you are looking for a villa where you can enjoy a vacation that combines being in nature with fully equipped and modern accommodation, then this villa is the right choice for you. The villa has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 guests who can enjoy the modern interior, a spacious garden with swimming pool and tennis, basketball, handball and volleyball courts which it shares with the neighboring villa.



On the ground floor of the villa there is an air-conditioned living room with sofas for 8 people, a Smart TV and a fireplace. From the living room you can go directly to the covered terrace next to the pool. Want to cook even though you are on vacation? No worries, there is a fully equipped kitchen with appliances such as a toaster and filter coffee maker. The kitchen also has a dining table that seats 8.



Of the 4 bedrooms, one is on the ground floor and the rest are on the first floor. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have en-suite bathrooms. The rooms have a double bed and a TV and 2 bedrooms also have a balcony. All bathrooms in the villa have a shower, toiletries and a hairdryer. If you're planning a longer stay, it's good to know that there's also a washing machine at your disposal.



The courtyard of the villa extends over 876 m² and is a true oasis of peace and relaxation. Start your day with a coffee on the covered patio, refresh yourself with a dip in the 50 sqm pool, and then relax on the sun loungers around the pool. Outside you will also find a wood burning barbecue and summer kitchen ideal for al fresco dining. There is also a children's playground and for those looking for activities there are tennis, basketball, handball and volleyball courts that this villa shares with the neighboring villa.



During your stay at the villa you can explore Istria. Get in the car and drive to the Lim Channel where you can enjoy the view or go for a walk. Or drive further to the coast and spend a day on the beach in one of Istria's coastal destinations, such as Vrsar or Rovinj.
