'My fourth stay at the Kalamazoo House didn't disappoint. As always, Amy is a delight and the breakfasts are a great start to a day. The room was in excellent condition and everything worked as expected. Can't wait to have an excuse to come back.'

'I booked Upjohn House but was told I had to come to Henderson Castle to get the keys, and I should stay there instead. It was nice enough, the setting of Henderson Castle is beautiful. I had a lovely French breakfast my first morning, but when I came down the second morning, no one was around, I was told breakfast was from 6:30-9:30, and I was downstairs at 7:00. 'There was a floral cleaning scent everywhere. I opened the window to my room to air it out, but when I closed it and turned on the fan, the scent was coming out with the fan air. The bed was super comfortable and the towels were very ok for the price of the room'

'My room was not that clean, the security bar on my door was broken, the pool room was not that clean. No one was at the counter whenI needed help and the air conditioner didn't work that well.'

'Vibrant colors and comfortable lounge area with breakfast was nice. Free parking was excellent and easy to access. Room was mostly clean but shampoo/conditioner had not been refilled before my stay and were not refilled on my cleaning day. Staff were somewhat helpful but not as helpful as they could have been, especially regarding the snacks for purchase when they were not willing to point to something I was looking for even though I asked and instead let me find it myself.'
