Akoa Markt biedt dit Kahakai schoonheid zit aan de bovenkant van dit luxe gated community met uitzicht op de prachtige kust van Kailua's! 2005 Op maat gebouwd huis op 1. 09 hectare, inclusief een overloopzwembad met een 180 graden uitzicht op de oceaan, hoge gewelfde plafonds en verschillende grote schuifbalken die voor veel licht zorgen in deze open plattegrond. Tegelvloeren, granieten toonbanken, tegel walk-in douches, bubbelbad, stenen Lanai, lava rock barbecue, buitendouche, zonne warm water, tropisch aangelegde, lava rotswanden, prive, rustig en het uitzicht is geweldig!

    Gelijkvloers huis, zonder trappen en grote slaapkamers en badkamers, cul-de-sac en indoor-outdoor living!

    Houd er rekening mee dat er geluiddempende decibelwaarschuwingen zijn geïnstalleerd in dit huis. We loved this home. The pool was incredible - the view was unmatched. We also liked the rental company who runs the property. They have a concierge who reaches out to you before your trip to book excursions or see if you have any needs before your travel. The house was well stocked. We did the manta ray night swim and the ocean safari. Both are highly recommended.

Great home and well maintained. Pool is a great resort style pool with clear glass pool screen so kids cant get to it without an adult. Our garndchild is 1 1/2 yo and that was a concern.

This is one of the best rentals we have ever stayed in. The kitchen had everything you could possible need. The rooms were comfortable. Loved having puzzles available. The lanai and pool were well used by our family. We cannot recommend highly enough!!

Three couples shared this home for 11 days. Three bedrooms with separate bathrooms were perfect. The house and property were beautiful. The view, just spectacular. Easy access to everything we wanted to do. It all made for a wonderful vacation.

What a View

Our family had a great stay at this property. The location is great for going places in town, as well as south and north of property. Nice to get away from crowds and sit by the infinity pool. Used the snorkel and beach gear multiple times.

We enjoyed our stay so much! It far exceeded my expectations. Honestly the photos are great, but wait till you see it in person! The view, the outdoor living & eating space, the pool, the landscaping. The beautiful home inside, the amazing kitchen, the comfortable bedrooms & bathrooms.All kinds of activities, restaurants & stores are easily accessible. Even heading to Hilo is a great day trip.The property management & concierge were so wonderful & accommodating.Could not recommend this place more, seriously!

Amazing pool and home!

The pool is the highlight- its a great size for the kids to play while the adults sip drinks in the loungers placed in the shallow water! The house is large and well situated for multiple families. The kitchen is well stocked and has everything you will need. Enjoy!

Great Kailua stay!

Beautiful views! The house was very comfortable for 3 adult couples. The kitchen was at the top end of rental kitchens I've experienced. Just a few minutes in the car to things in Kailua. Kona Coast was very professional. We would definitely go back!

The house was exactly how it is listed on line. Plenty of space for 5 people. Extremely clean and well stocked. But the best part was the outside patio area! We spent every morning and evening outside with the incredible view and pool. It really is amazing! I don’t think we could have wanted for anything more! Highly recommend!

Great stay in Kona

The house is in a great neighborhood in Kailua-Kona. We felt very safe and the house was exactly as described. A few items that would make it better for a long stay: more towels and blankets are needed for 6 people; and we should have the option to heat the pool!!
