The space

Our property is located in the lovely Kailua Enchanted Lakes residential neighborhood.
We love the safe,quiet area, and appreciate the private lot.
Our favorite parts of the property are: The many lounge areas in the professionally landscaped gardens, lake front views, mountain and sunset views, warm nights gazing up at the stars, friendly local people, close to the famous Kailua and Lanikai beaches, nearby stores and restaurants.... And, the sweet Aloha Spirit throughout Hawaii.

Guest access

Full access to entire home.
Includes: Two car parking spots available in driveway, safe gate entrance, laundry facilities, BBQ, Kayak, beach toys, beach towels, full kitchen, and security lights.
*We offer two entrance ways, one is private if needed.

Interaction with guests

I like to give my guests space and privacy.
*We have a nearby property Manager if needed for an urgent situation, or if guests would like to be greeted on arrival
( if manager is available at the time).
*Other things to note
This property has a BBQ , a two person hammock, a two person kayak and beach equipment. The house is close to famous Kailua beach and Lanikai beach, local shops, markets, and restaurants.
We have a regular garden and pool service that work on the property once per month. Guests will be notified in advance of that work to be done.
* No loud parties please
* No smoking on this property.
* Children must be water safe, and know how to swim, at least age 12, please.
* A daily 10.25 TAT( Transient Accommodation Tax), is included, Hawaii State Law.
* Cleaning fee $350
