TAX
The State of Hawaii mandates a total tax of 18.712%. Taxes are identified on the reservation confirmation (Subject to change).

Any cancellations made within the 60-day period may result in forfeiture of all monies paid. Owners will make every attempt to re-book the property. Should owner succeed in re-booking any portion of the reserved dates, we'll be glad to refund any pro-rata share, less 30% cancellation Fee. If there were fees paid for payment processing, it will be deducted from the total***

Guests have access to all the Honua Kai Resort amenities subject to availability.

$15.00+tax/day for parking for a second car. Maximum 2 parking spaces/condo.

Stays 14 nights or longer will require a linen exchange service of $190.00 + Hawaii taxes, paid by the guest.


Bed in the third bedroom can be converted to two twins beds upon request. Cleaners charge $50.00 plus Hawaii taxes for this service.

Important AC Update – AC failure
Master bedroom AC has failed. To ensure your comfort, we’ve provided portable AC unit the master bedroom. The Portable unit is vented through the bedroom lanai, which means the lanai off the master bedroom is temporarily inaccessible. However, the main lanai—most commonly used by guests—remains fully accessible for your enjoyment.
We’ve also adjusted our rates to reflect this temporary inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as we work to upgrade the system.
