'Toen we ons meldden bij de receptie was men niet op de hoogte van onze reservering bij Hotels.com. Er was ons geen reserveringsnummer (6 digits) van het hotel zelf bekend, alleen het nummer van Hotels.com, hetgeen onbekend was bij het hotel. Dàt was een teleurstelling. Dat ze daarna nog een kamer voor ons hadden was wel fijn, voor hetzelfde bedrag en hetzelfde type als in de reservering.'

'Beautiful Villa with ocean view. 5 to 7 minute walk to a beautiful beach in Cane Bay love the balcony that each room had along with an amazing and comfortable king size bed. It was spotless and they had the courtesy of living bottled waters, and some soft drinks in the fridge for us.'

'The room I transitioned to was lovely and staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. The balcony area was comfy to sit and enjoy the sunset. The bed and bathroom areas were perfect as well. Love that there is excellent restaurant nearby and coffee shop on property.'

'Absolutely amazing stay! From Reservations to check in, Karen and Nigel were warm, efficient and helpful. The views are amazing, the terrace was a lovely spot for coffee, re-charging and a glass of wine in the evening. The space is airy and bright and the location between White and Great Bay can’t be beat. Very easy to walk down to the ferry or Great Bay. 'Leuk hotel, rechtstreeks aan het strand, maar een beetje vergane glorie. Hotel is aan het einde van het eiland Tortola. Dus lange taxirit naar luchthaven en Road Town. Tortola zelf stelt niet veel voor. Op de BVI moet je echt gaan zeilen anders is er verder niets te beleven.'

'Everything from beginning to end was impeccable. Every detail that could make an experience superb was carefully and deliberately thought of. All of the staff were extremely courteous and they called us by name throughout the resort, which was a special touch. Our butler Manaske was fantastic and provided us with everything we needed throughout our stay. 'The beachside villa is the way to go!! We loved the dipping pool and porch plus we were just a few steps away from the beach with our own private cabana! The room was amazing, beautifully decorated and comfortable with space where we needed it. We enjoyed coffee each morning looking out at the beautiful ocean. My only complaint was the restaurants on property were ok and very overpriced. The food selection was average and the prices were too high for the quality of the food. So we ended up...
