Downtown is only a 5-minute stroll away—just enough time to decide which local coffee spot or boutique shop to hit up first! ☕👗
Wallowa Lake? Just a 10-minute drive 🚗 or a quick bike ride for those wanting to feel the wind in their hair. 🚴‍♀️
Groceries? Need snacks? 🥨 The store’s a stone’s throw away, so stock up for those late-night munchies.
Parking: Free and easy parking right out front. Feel free to roll up, park, and relax!
And honestly, if you don’t feel like driving, ditch the car! Walking and biking are the local favorites here. It’s the perfect way to explore and breathe in that fresh mountain air. 🌲✨

UNIT DETAILS & POLICIES

🏘️ BUILDING EXTERIOR
The interior is tastefully decorated, but the exterior is a plain 4-plex. Please see the listing photos for an accurate picture.

🔊 NOISE
This is a ground-floor condo. When guests are staying in the unit above, you will hear some noise.

❄️ AIR CONDITIONING
A portable AC unit is provided. It cools effectively, but it isn't quiet.

🐜 BUGS
We treat the condo regularly, but because we're close to farmland, some bugs may find their way inside. Keeping doors closed helps a lot.

🐾 PET-FRIENDLY CONDO
Guests with and without pets stay here, so we can't guarantee a completely dander-free space. Please keep this in mind if you have dog or cat allergies.

🐶 BRINGING A PET?
• Maximum of 2 pets. Please let us know at booking or as soon as plans change.
• $30 per night per pet (non-refundable), including emotional support animals. This fee is billed separately about a week before your stay.
• Pets must be leashed in common areas, kept off furniture and beds, and never left alone in the condo.
• Please clean up after your pet. Supplies for indoor accidents are under the kitchen sink.
• Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused by their pets. Eagle Cap Vacation Rentals is not liable for pet-related injuries or damage.

👥 GUESTS
Our nightly rate covers up to 4 guests, and the condo sleeps up to 6.
• Children 12 and under stay free
• Guests 13 and older are $30 per night
Please register all guests in advance. Unregistered guests may result in cancellation.

🛌 BEDS
Medium-firm memory foam mattresses. Most guests love them, and a few find them on the firm side.

🧺 LAUNDRY
There is no washer or dryer on site. There's a laundromat between Lakes Basin Village and Joseph, and we also offer a wash-and-fold service (details in our guidebook).

📺 TV & STREAMING
The Smart TV is ready for you to log in to your own apps (Netflix, Hulu, Prime, Disney+, etc.). There is no cable or local channels. For live TV, you'll need a service like Sling, Fubo, or YouTube TV.

🔑 CHECK-IN: Contactless, after 3:00 PM
• Free early check-in: Call between 12:30 and 1:00 PM on your arrival day to see if early access is available.
• Guaranteed early check-in: $20/hour, as early as 1:00 PM (arrange in advance).

⏰ CHECK-OUT: By 11:00 AM
Late check-out is available at $20/hour when the schedule allows.

🕙 QUIET HOURS: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
🚭 NO SMOKING anywhere in the condo.
🎉 GATHERINGS: Visitors beyond registered guests require prior approval.
