On the 2nd floor of the villa, there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. All rooms are air-conditioned.
The villa's living / dining room offers direct access to the terrace and the beautiful pool that has a wonderful sea view. The pool has a heating system so you can swim even in low season (on request at an additional charge). Coccorino' s sandy beach is only 900 meters away and can be reached in a couple of minutes.
