'The property owner did a great job with communicating. That was the primary strength. Outside of that, this was a disappointment. While the owner did warn us, entering the driveway was dodgy. Vehicles coming around a mostly blind corner is a safety issue (one that the homeowner cannot control, but still worth mention). The unit is small as expected. 'Excellent location-just above a little cafe on Broadway- walkable to many shops & restaurants. Parking was easy and instructions provided by the management company were clear. Doors have a keypad so no keeping track of house keys required. The building is older & the floors are not level as often happens in old buildings. Be aware there are 19 very steep narrow stairs to get into this 3rd floor condo. 4 Bath towels were provided but hand towels for the bathrooms and wash cloths were not. If you...
