"The pool was nice, but this 'hotel' in reality is a rundown converted motel. It's hot, it's dirty, it's rundown and the staff doesn't really seem friendly at all. Parking in this industrial area is $10 per night, which is insane. Dinner options are limited. Our room was on the highway side. It was LOUD. No proper sound isolation to speak of. Wifi just didn't work at all, bad reception and slow where there was reception."

"The main toilets in the lobby & cafe were not clean. Breakfast during the week is served in the cafe not the restaurant. They have no plates & cutlery, use disposables only, feels like eating in a loud airplane. Not a 4 star hotel experience & very weird with respect to sustainability efforts in other spots of the hotel. "

"Good location for when you have a car. Better rates when combined with room rates. Garage super convenient below building. In-house dining and breakfast options available. Rooms spacious with good beds, solid airco and large bathroom. No noise from outside but inside is less soundproof. Uber to Boston common was 10-15 mins."
