'This hotel is a real gem. Michelle the manager is efficient, friendly and very helpful. Everything has been thought of, and the breakfasts are to die for. If you are looking for a 5 star experience but don't want a corporate faceless hotel this is the place for you.'

'Exellent breakfast and very friendly reception and restaurant service. Rooms okay, but not 5-star level.'

'Great location, greater staff and a beautiful hotel'

'great hotel and great service, everything is perfect.'

'Nice place '

'Great location, loved the Rosebank mall area, lots to eat and shop. Central to everything I wanted to see. Staff was very friendly. Very quiet and pleasant area. Surprised by the lack of face cloths/wash clothes.'

'When in Joburg, the Parkwood in Rosepark is a sanctuary of relaxation and luxury. John Paul makes you feel welcome and pampered and the suites are large, well appointed and more than comfortable for relaxing and sleeping when on property. So much better than much larger chain hotels throughout Joburg. Location and luxury make the Parkwood our top option. '

'The hotel is very nice, clean, comfy beds. The family rooms are on the ground floor and spacious. However, it was a little unsuitable with the pram and the baby due to there being a few stairs to navigate to get in and then also inside. However, staff was super helpful. Breakfast was great. Location is great. You can walk or catch a golf car to the mall. Place is halal.'

'My home whenever I'm in jozi. Love this place. It's safe, good parking. Big rooms, most of the time we book the appartment, really spacious and everything you need. Even a washer and dryer are in the appartment. The rosebank mall is a 5-10 min walk away.'
