Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
This is the worst experience I have ever had. First hotel had no clue of the reservation. We checked in the room which had no water, no towels. Bedsheets were extremely dirty with public hair all around. Toilets were unclean. Come next day, we left the room in the morning and came Back in the night as we had 2 days booking. To our surprise, they rented out our room and we were left without room. At midnight we had to go find another hotel. The staff was extremely rude, unprofessional and had no service mindset. I would warn anyone who plan to stay here that you will have worst experience if you choose this property. PLS DONT.
