'I got a nice welcome from the front desk. They were very friendly and helpful. I rented by mistake a room with two queen beds but no kitchen and we came with food to cook. They accommodate us in a two room house with an adjustment in price and we were very pleased! The house is spotless even being in front of the beach! Everything looks beautiful. The beach in front it is a little ruff but few feet to the right it is a pocita, very calm water. I only wish the kitchen was more equipped for...

'More than it was expected. Very clean, comfortable. Very nice decoration with all amenities and more. Spacious. High end appliances. Nice parking. Near tourist places ...but you will need a car. Nearby local restaurants with friendly employees. Host was responsive! Easy access. The only thing I would do is frequent cleaning of area rugs. Will definitively come back!'

'Property was in a good area, close to wverything, well maintained. The communication was difficult and owners asked me to pay via venmo, paypal or zelle which felt very scammy. They also communicated through whatsapp which also felt scammy. We finally got on the same page via email and text and they ran my credit card for payment. 'My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property. It is a cute and comfortable home very tastefully decorated and super clean! It was a special touch to already have toiletries available and supplies for making coffee too! What a nice touch! We all fell in love with it! Very convenient to shopping and many excellent restaurants close by. This was located in a safe and quiet residential area. We will return again for our next PR trip. Thanks to the owners for a wonderful stay!'

'My stay at The Perch hotel was amazing. I loved that the distance to the beach was a hop skip and jump away. The perch hotel supplied you with beach chairs, umbrellas for the Sun. Refrigerated coolers. I had a great stay otherwise my wife will tell you different because we stood there for a week and no one ever entered the room to refresh the bed sheets or take out the garbage.'

'The nearby beaches! We didn’t swim, but got excellent photos and videos with sunset and sunrise. It’s almost 2-hour drive from the SJ airport, we picked it for the expected quiet and beautiful environment, and we got that. The unit is very spacious, nice and clean, partial ocean view from the balcony. '

'Checking in was easy. The space was large and clean. Nice bathroom with a nice shower lots of hot water. We were in an end room and there are additional units being constructed. It was raining when we stayed so it wasn't an issue but it might be something to ask about if noise would bother you.'

'Rooms and views were amazing. Staff is very friendly and helpful. It would be a five star but hot water was so scarce, water would get cold within minutes. Needs a small store for amenities.'
