Very cute home. Host was very responsive when needed. Location was perfect for our visit. Although the roads surrounding the house were rural and fairly steep, we were able to take long walks from the house without traffic worries. We stayed during holidays and host had decorated just enough to capture the spirit.

We had a fantastic girls’ weekend here! The host was absolutely wonderful—so thoughtful and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The sauna and hot tub were spotless and perfect for relaxing, and the house had plenty of space for the four of us to spread out comfortably. There were so many thoughtful little extras that made our stay feel special. The location was perfect too—great hikes, plenty of little towns to explore in the area. I highly recommend this rental and would love to come back!

My husband, dog, and I had a great time at the house. The house was spotless and everything was very well thought out. We appreciated the lovely snacks that were left for us as well as the special touches like the basket of items that were there if we had forgotten something like a device charger. Jeffersonville is just a few minutes away and has a nice mix of stores and restaurants. Saundra was lovely to deal with and was very helpful with suggestions or anything else we needed. I would definitely stay at the house again if we decided to return to the area.

We had such a wonderful stay at this charming house! It was incredibly clean, comfortable, well put together, and had everything we could possibly need. We enjoyed fireflies from the hot tub at night, had cocktails out on the deck in the evening, and enjoyed all of the great recommendations for local restaurants and hikes from Saundra. She was a wonderful hostess! We can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful Vacation

We had a wonderful time staying at Hill House on Hubert. It is a lovely house with everything you need for a romantic getaway or a fun weekend away. The decor is contemporary with cozy accents. Saundra has everything you need at the house whether you want to stay in and cook or head out to a local eatery. Her listing of things to do is a great touch. The sauna and hot tub are perfect for unwinding. The collection of records is eclectic for any musical taste. We had our dogs with us and there are many close hikes. They had a blast! If you have a small dog or older dog, just use the baby gate to block the steps as they are a bit steep for some dogs:). The property surrounding the house is lovely as well. Would definitely book again.

College Roomies in da Catskills!

Lovely, immaculate home with great attention to detail! Gorgeous surroundings with ALL of the comforts of home. We enjoyed the hot tub and sauna tremendously and even spun some vinyls. Saundra was an awesome hostess with prompt communications. She left easily understandable directions for everything…from use of the house to recommendations for local things to do, restaurants, etc.! We wish we had more time, so we will be back!

Weekend getaway perfection

My husband and I stayed at HuebertHouse for a weekend of relaxation with some friends. From the private jacuzzi soak under a lush tree canopy to building the fire to stoke the sauna… we had a blast. We did some shopping in Jeffersonville, attended a Bethel Woods concert and tested out some libations at a nearby Brewery and Distillery. So much fun! The house is perfectly situated if you’ve got a car,and I’ve never felt more at home. Everything, and I mean everything is there that you would need without the annoying locked cabinets everywhere where you’re wondering if that’s where they have the important item you’re looking for. Also, this is not someone’s leftover decor and mismatched dishes. The furniture and appliances are high-quality and super clean. The outdoor area is rustic, but well kept. All in all do not hesitate to book at this property. Saundra is an absolute gem of a host!

Perfect place

It is a beautiful home, fully equipped, great hot tub, and a perfect location for the area especially for Bethel Woods Concert Venue. The host was incredibly helpful in including detailed suggestions of places in neighboring towns. I would stay there again without hesitation.

Fabulous Girls Trip

We had such a fantastic weekend at Saundra’s beautiful home! She is so easy to deal with and so helpful. Her cheat sheets were a valuable resource to narrow down the many options for fun. The house is comfy and decorated with such wonderful touches . My bed and pillow were a dream. Saundra has great taste in music , we really loved listening to the albums and relaxing in the Living Room. The hot tub was a treat. We didn’t have time for a sauna. We enjoyed going to Upward Brewery in Livingston Manor. Jeffersonville for shopping and a great meal at The Tavern. Callicoon was Saturday and really enjoyed The Western and Catskill Provisions Distillery. We will definitely be back to enjoy all this home has to offer and more exploring.

A hidden treasure!

I cannot say enough good things about this property! Saundra was an exceptional host who has obviously put much thought and time into this property. The house was very clean and there was so much to do - record player, tv, hot tub, sauna, fire pit, and even many games, puzzles and books. I would stay again and highly recommend this property! 50th Birthday Weekend Getaway

I was beyond impressed with this property and the service afforded by the host Saundra. She has taken the time to think of every detail to make your stay extra special and memorable. The property has all of the best amenities. It’s fully equipped and has some extra special touches that make it magical such as a record player with classic albums!! Great touch. The jacuzzi and fireplace are awesome. I unfortunately did not have a chance to use the another amenities available. Also, the beds are very comfy and the house is extremely clean. I loved it and will definitely be back!!!! Loved loved loved!!!!

Winter valentine getaway

Our stay at Hill House was perfection!! Saundra has thought of everything!! Her home is spectacular !! And extremely clean All details are covered including the tasteful treats and wine, the Victrola with a wonderful selection of vinyl and her book!! We have stayed in a multitude of homes but we have never seen and appreciated Saundras book of what to do around Hill House. Very comprehensive including travel time etc!!! Thank you Saundra!! Everything you want in a holiday home and more!

Saundra has put her heart and soul into creating a fabulous vacation home which has everything you need for a relaxing break. The home was beautifully decorated for Christmas and we were greeted with a tray of welcome goodies. She gave us great recommendations for the local area but we also enjoyed a rainy day using the hot tub, sauna and playing all the available board games in front of the cosy fire. This is by far the best home we have stayed in in four years of coming to this area.

Everything was just as advertised and was very welcoming from the start tothe finish of our stay. My friends and I enjoyed looking at all the tip sheets provided by Saundra and enjoyed just relaxing and using the hot tub! Would definitely recommend.😊
