2-story townhome at The Harbours Condominiums directly across from Louisville overlooking downtown & the Ohio River! Indoor & outdoor pools & gym.

The condo sits on the banks of the Ohio River, directly across from Louisville. You can drive across the bridge to downtown in less than 5 minutes, or take an easy stroll across the lit and picturesque walking bridge.

An abundance of restaurants and attractions are within walking distance on both the Indiana and Kentucky sides of the river. Grocery stores and shopping are within a few miles. I-65 is right around the corner and travel is easy.

Big city amenities, small town ease.

2-bdrm/2.5 bath unit w/ private entrance & 2-car garage. Master bedroom with king size bed opens onto a private balcony. A second bedroom has a queen size bed. Several guests have told us they have gotten the best night's sleep of their life here! Two portable twin beds can be placed in either bedroom or downstairs if needed. Private patio. Indoor & outdoor pools & gym.

The entire place, including private patio, balcony, and garage are yours to enjoy! You also have access to the onsite pools, grills, and gym. Check in is easy thanks to a coded lock box.

Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and bottled water as well as basic pantry items and light snacks are stocked and ready for your arrival! Ample free parking is available for guests. A desk is provided in both bedrooms with basic office supplies.

NOTE: Due to Covid-19 precautions, only registered guests will be permitted to use the pool. Per health department regulations and condo policies, ALL children in diapers are required to use swim diapers when using the pools.

Very disappointing. Walked up to condo. Front porch was dirty. Could not sit on patio. Condo is very old and not cleaned well and worn. Towels were very thin. Needs a good a paint job. Would not stay again

Beautiful property

We stayed here for a weekend due to a funeral. Property was clean, spacious and had amazing views of downtown Louisville and the river. Safe and clean neighborhood. Amenities were amazing, we utilized the pools to relax at the end of our stay. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

Great Place to Stay!

This property may be even better than advertised. We loved it for our family’s short getaway. The hosts thought of everything. The condo and facilities were perfect for us. The area felt very secure. You also can’t beat the view and location. I included photos taken from just across the street. Having an upstairs and downstairs helped when someone wanted to nap instead of visiting with the family. We hope to book again!

The unit was beautify, very clean and perfect location. Walking distance to many locations. Jessica and Jason were great to work with and very helpful. We would love to come back. We even made friends with other property owners in the short time we were there. Everyone seemed very friendly and I felt like my family was safe in this location.

The residence itself was great. Plenty of supplies and items in the kitchen. Location was good as far as proximity to activities, but... if you want to spend time outside on the patio, it is VERY noisy because of the interstate bridge that is adjacent. Nice pool.

Great spot on the river

This was a great location, just off the river and close to Louisville! Great view of the River! We loved the condo, it had great spaces and amenities! The separate beds were super useful for sleeping everyone in our family comfortably. We would stay here again!

Great location

This condo was a great find for us. Looked for a place to stay in Louisville to be a central location for things to do until son graduated from Advanced Camp at Fort Knox, KY. I had focused on what to do in Louisville so much that I did not even think to make time for hot spots around Jeffersonville - was surprised to learn our stay was actually in Indiana just right across the river over the bridge! Our first night we went to Fourth Street Live to enjoy “Hot Country Nights” - only to come back to condo and hear a great band playing across the street at Kingfish (great food!) followed by an evening stroll to the color changing lit up pedestrian bridge. Next day at the pool had welcoming neighbors. Close to grocery store for a beverage run - but the hosts go above and beyond to supply just enough snacks, coffee, and toiletry/laundry items if needed. The “Welcome Guests” book to sign leaves a memorable record of everyone’s stay, and I even learned a few other things to do for next time! Although we could not take advantage of early check in, the hosts were able to accommodate our request. We highly recommend this lovely stay overlooking the Ohio River!
