Welcome to Villa Amante, a beautifully renovated luxury villa in Jávea, ideally located between Costa Nova and the spectacular Cap de la Nau. Completely refurbished and newly furnished in 2026, the villa combines modern comfort, privacy and outdoor living in one of the most desirable locations on the Costa Blanca.

The villa comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests and features three stylish bedrooms and three modern bathrooms, including two en-suite bathrooms. The bright and spacious living areas have been thoughtfully designed to create a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere for families, couples and friends.

Step outside and enjoy the private swimming pool (heating optional) surrounded by sunny terraces, comfortable loungers and beautifully designed outdoor spaces. The rooftop terrace is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, soak up the Mediterranean sunshine or unwind with a drink while enjoying the views.

For entertainment and outdoor living, Villa Amante offers a spacious covered terrace with a BBQ area, comfortable lounge seating, a pool table and a basketball game. Guests can enjoy meals together at both the indoor and outdoor dining tables, each comfortably seating six guests.

For those who enjoy an active lifestyle, the villa features a private outdoor gym equipped with weightlifting equipment, exercise bikes and boxing facilities, allowing you to stay fit while enjoying the Spanish climate.

POOL HEATING & ELECTRICITY
The private pool is naturally warm during the summer months. Pool heating is optional and available upon request for an additional €250 per week. When activated, the pool will be maintained at approximately 30°C.

Electricity is included in the rental price from 1 July to 30 September. For stays between 1 October and 30 June, electricity consumption is charged separately based on actual usage at a rate of €0.30 per kWh.
