Fantastisch huis met grote ruime tuin

Mooi groot en ruim huis met vier slaapkamers met elk een badkamer en dan ook nog een extra losse badkamer erbij. Verschillende hoekjes en plekjes zowel binnen als buiten dus ideaal voor iedereen. Zwembad en tuin zijn mooi en ruim alleen zwembad helaas niet verwarm maar dat is enige minpuntje waar je midden in de zomer wellicht geen last van hebt.

Very nice house, with big garden and great view in beautiful neighborhood

We stayed for 12 days in this house with 2 small children and 3 adults. We were very comfortably situated with 4 bedrooms, all with private bathroom. The house sits almost at the top of the hill of the beautiful El Tosalet neighborhood, which gives a very nice view from the house, porch, garden and pool area. The outside area really sets this property apart: options on all sides to enjoy sun or shade (pool looks somewhat bigger in picture, but still nice size for dipping and smaller children). The owner is very helpful, and from El Tosalet it is easy to get to Javea, Moraira and beautiful rocky coves in between. All in all we had a very enjoyable holiday here, and would definitely recommend it!

Excellent communication before and during stay and quick response to a small issue. Pool was a standout as it was heated so it could be used daily, in February, by our grandchildren. The house was warm and heating was easily managed. The house met our high hopes, although we would have liked the outdoor eating areas to have more sun - we were there in February. Otherwise, a very good stay - thank you to our hosts and hope you would host us again.

This is a fabulous property! Communication with both Fatima and Carmen prior to arrival was excellent and timely. Carmen handled the check-in which was thorough and efficient. Throughout our stay Carmen answered all our questions immediately, often doing more than was required to ensure that we had a great stay. The house feels like a very comfortable home from the moment we walked in. The beds are comfortable and en-suite in every room was much appreciated. The outdoor space is perfect with a sunny seating area for every time of day.We have stayed in many villas in a number of countries but this one will stay long in the memory.

Very nice stay. Villa clean, tidy and well equipped. Carmen was quick to respond with any issues (very minor) and went above and beyond to get something we left behind back to us. Beds comfortable, choice of coal or gas bbq, handy gas fired paella dish. Not close enough to restaurants to walk, but taxis ok unless you want to drive.

Beautiful villa

Absolutely stunning villa in a peaceful and pretty residential area. As other reviews mention you do need a car and the only downside for me was not being able to walk to restaurants in the evenings, but the property was so well equipped and comfortable that staying in really wasn't a problem!Fatima was brilliant at responding quickly to our queries in advance and Carmen was absolutely fantastic at dealing with any issues we encountered during our stay. Would definitely recommend

Summer vacation

Overall a v good villa but not quite an exceptional. Fab location .. generally very quiet and space is good for large families with four decent size bedrooms all with en-suites. Kitchen is small but adequate and living area very comfortable. Outside as described with great bbq area and large seating areas. Only negatives were in relation to the pool and the broken slabs around the pool, one broken sun canopy that was not fixed and irregular pool cleaning. Also no safe but area is generally very secure. Carmen was excellent in all areas of communication and addressed anything we needed. Overall would stay again.

Beautiful Villa, perfect for a family holiday!

My family had the best time during our stay at this beautiful, spacious 4 bedroom villa. The views from the villa were stunning and we particularly loved sitting on the terrace in the evening, looking over at the ocean and mountains. The heated pool was a highlight, the new remote controlled pool cover keeps the pool at the perfect temperature so that it is always pleasant to get in. You are only a 5 minute drive to the closest resort where you will find many restaurants and bars along the sea front. Fatima and Carmen were super helpful and kept in regular contact with us to make our stay as smooth as possible. We would definitely book to stay here again. Thank you! :)

Quite location

We stayed in this villa for 3 weeks beginning of September, we had different members of the family coming out to stay they came and went, so this villa was perfect it’s spacious enough for 8 people, the pool wasn’t heated but it was warm enough for us. Not an ideal place if you don’t have a car as you’re up the top of the mountain but a beautiful view on the balcony. We had bikes which would take you 20 mins 4.5 k to cycle to Arenal beach the main family area. The villa could do with a recommendation book and also instructions on how to use equipment but we Googled how to use the coffee machine so we got there in the end 😩 Fatimas communication was very quite to respond if we needed anything a few things that could be added in the kitchen utensils more wine glasses (not so cheap as they brake) pizza cutter silly things but it’s the attention to detail. I used Mercadona for a food delivery for when we arrived which was perfect. Toilet rolls and beach towels were provided. We had a lovey stay would recommend

Fabulous & perfect villa !

The villa was beautiful, really clean and in a perfect central location for everywhere. We travelled with grandparents, parents and kids , 7 of us in total and there was plenty of space and seating areas if you wanted time alone or a bit of space. I Would recommend this villa and would love to stay there again. Fatima was really helpful with all my questions before our stay and if we needed anyone whilst there. Perfect , thank you!

Great Villa in Javea

The house is super with lots of space, air conditioning and everything you need. The outdoor area is also very nice and spacious with several seating areas, such as the barbecue corner with a gas grill and a huge paella pan. The beach and supermarkets are only a few minutes away by car. And the village centre is also very pretty with several nice restaurants. We enjoyed the two weeks very much and had a great time. Thanks very much.

Home away from home

A lovely, spacious house with plenty of seating areas and eating areas. Fatima was very helpful and welcoming. The kitchen was well equipped and so were the bedrooms. There was a real homely feel to the house. There's aircon in the bedrooms but not in the shared areas of the main house. If you stay here, you need a car or a bike - it's away from the main resort, which means it's very tranquil, but as it gets very hot during the day, it would be a struggle to walk to a shop. The pool is incredible and we spent most of our time there - the children LOVED it. Thanks for having us Fatima!

Just back from a 10 day stay at this villa. We know the area well that’s why we chose the location. Beautiful quiet secluded garden, close to beach port and great restaurants. It is a beautiful house with everything you need to spend great time. A lot of space and light. Wifi works pretty good if you needed to work from there, and for us it was a key factor to choose this house in November. Fatima is a great host. Extremely helpful and supportive. We will come back ! ;-)

La casa perfecta para familias. Está rodeada de preciosa vegetación, que le da mucha privacidad y tranquilidad. La descripción y las fotos del anuncio se asemejan a la realidad. Fátima es una persona muy cercana, agradable y resolutiva. Estuvo pendiente de todo y resolvió con rapidez nuestros requerimientos. Nos aconsejó restaurantes, playas y lugares de la zona. Disfrutamos tanto de la casa que hubo días que no salimos de ella. Maravillosas vacaciones en una casa fabulosa.

Genial . No engaña

La casa de Fátima es tal cual se ve en las fotos. Relajante y bonita. Se puede recomendar perfectamente porque es una zona tranquila y permite descansar, tanto si viajas en familia con niños, como para disfrutar del verano con amigos.
