We stock the home with starter supplies to get you comfortably through your first day or two — toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish soap, dishwasher and laundry pods, paper towels, and trash bags. For longer stays or larger groups, you may want to grab a few extras. Food City is about 6–8 minutes away. If you run short or can't find something, just message us — we're always happy to help!

Please be advised that the final road leading to the cabin features a steep incline. It is strongly recommended, especially during the winter season, to arrive in a vehicle equipped with all-wheel drive (AWD) if available. While it is possible to ascend the hill without an AWD vehicle, having one will significantly enhance traction and improve your safety while navigating the road.

• $250 Pet Fee for up to (2) pets (cats or dogs under 70 lbs)
• Only the guests listed on your reservation are permitted
• Large gatherings or events exceeding occupancy must be pre-approved and may incur additional fees
• Please do not use more than 6 bags of trash (anything beyond this will result in a $50 fee)

• Replace the cover after use to maintain cleanliness
• Rinse off before entering to keep the filtration system functioning optimally

★★ TRASH & WILDLIFE SAFETY ★★

• Dispose of trash in tied bags inside bear-proof cans and ensure the doors are shut
• Please limit your trash to 6 bags
• Do not leave food in cars to avoid attracting bears

The final road leading to the cabin features a steep incline. AWD is strongly recommended year-round and especially during the winter months for improved traction and safety.

★★ BOOKING DETAILS ★★

• Changes to reservations are not accepted after 48 hours of booking
• Guests must be 25+ years old to book
• No refunds will be issued for circumstances beyond our control (inclement weather, health-related issues, or other unforeseen circumstances). Travel insurance is highly recommended.
• Seasonal Fireplace: Fireplace use is not permitted from May 1 – November 1
