« We stayed for a week in March 2025 and thought this cottage was wonderful. Tastefully furnished and very well equipped, this was a real home from home. The comprehensive welcome pack was much appreciated. We would not hesitate to stay here again or to recommend to friends and family. »

« This holiday home is the most perfect myself and partner have booked. The decor is absolutely amazing and a lot of thought had been put into it by the owners. It is impossible to pick any faults. The home was clean and high standard and quality of equipment and furnishings. Studying the ‘quirky’ decor was an enjoyable time spent. Simon and Lynne were so friendly without being intrusive. The advert does not do this place justice, it was above and beyond our expectations and we shall be back »

« The room was great, clean and spacious. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed the Fat Abbot! the staff work so Hard on what was a very busy evening. Lovely Spa area with large swimming pool, sauna etc. The only issue was the jacuzzi was broken, a slight disappointment however this does not detract from what was a wonderful stay. »

« Two adults and 2 children stayed in no2 cottage. A compact one bedroom cottage with a large comfortable bed and sofa bed in sitting room. Kitchen has all you need for short stay. Vehicles kept in gated area, so very secure. Stu and his wife are friendly, their breakfast was excellent quality for price (additional charge). This must be the cheapest pub in the UK.(£3 pint) Overall we had a very pleasant 3 nights. Thank you. »
