'Arriving early at the property as i was having a procedure at the day hospital the staff were amazing and got me straight into my room. Something that definitely eased my nerves and made my recovery much mpre relaxing. The room was clean and had a good selection of crockery along with fridge and microwave. Being able to come straight up the lifts from westside made everything so smooth at a time when excess trsvel is not wanted. The train station was right next to the hotel with a supermarket...

'Check in staff were very courteous and helpful. We arrived quite early and they were happy to store our bags and no cost and allowed us into our room. An hour early room is spacious and tidy and right in the heart of the CBD.'

'The hotel is really nice and clean, comfortable rooms and a luxurious bath room. The breakfast is not worth the extra money, breakfast staff is not motivated, the choice is limited and only 1 cup of coffee is included. Breakfast room looks like a sportsbar, not cozy at all! '
