'This was absolutely breath taking. The scenery is to die for. The trip to the river is a must. Shout out to our tour guy Juan and Natalia the receptionist. She made everything so easy. This trip is exactly what I needed. '

'Lovely hotel, the rooms were spacious and very clean, the staff was wonderful and incredibly patient and helpful with the clients. The restaurant was quiet, the food was delicious and the priced were really good. The staff of both the hotel and restaurant were BY FAR the best asset of the hotel. I would definitely book this hotel next time I visit to Cali.'

'Prima hotel.

'Zeer behulpzaam personeel, schone kamers, wel harde bedden'

'I was supposed to receive free breakfast, that is one of the main reasons why I booked the property, but I was told by staff that I have to pay a fee and I was charged all three days I stayed. I ended up ordering from RAPPI which is their version of door dash which was much better!'

'that everytime i asked for something they did everything possible to accommodate me, once i asked for a cup a hot water and the receptionist brought me one to my room almost burning her fingers, what i did not like was that they keep leaving the window open'
