We now have 4 amazing properties directly above the Jamestown Marina and 2 boat ramps..
Come and check out our renovated lake house that sits above the Jamestown Resort & Marina on beautiful Lake Cumberland. It is nestled in the edge the woods on a dead end road in the Harbor Springs Community with only a few residence so no through traffic, creating a quiet vacation retreat. Our home is fully equipped for your family and friends. We have a huge concrete driveway that will fit multiple cars, trucks or suvs. There is plenty of room to park your boat, personal watercraft or trailer if you choose to dock your boat for the weekend.

The house has an open floor plan which we love and is great for cooking, entertaining, playing games, chilling, etc.. The main floor has one large bedroom (King Bed) with attached full bath, kitchen, living room, laundry/pantry. The second floor has an awesome view of the downstairs from the overlooking breezeway that leads to each of the two bedrooms. The first bedroom has 1 queen bed and a bunk bed with plenty of room to spare. It has has an attached full bath that also opens to the second upstairs bedroom. The second bedroom has a king bed. There are ceiling fans in all 3 bedrooms and the main living room area. All Bedrooms have TVs and DVD players for your entertaining needs.

This place is wonderful! It’s a huge upgrade from staying at a hotel in Jamestown. The house is immaculate and has lots of space for families to spend time together either on the covered porch, in the living room, or on the front deck. Every property is different and I wanted to let guests know Kleenex and shower/bath products are not provided so they can be sure to pack those items. Also, there are shallow stairs that lead to the two second-floor bedrooms which may be difficult for those with mobility issues. All in all we had a lovely stay and highly recommend the property!

Well appointed, clean, nicely furnished lake cottage. Great location and value, centrally located to many KY sites. We stayed here as an extended family of 7. Launched from here on side trips to the Red River Gorge, Cumberland Falls, Mammoth Cave & the Corvette Museum before departing to Louisville, stopping by Bernheim Forest and Churchill Downs, among other locations. We rented a boat at the marina for a day of tubing also. I accidentally locked myself out of the house and the owner was very kind to remedy this.

A home away from home!

We had a fabulous stay at this home and had everything that we needed. Jared was very nice and fast to response to any questions. The location was perfect for us to take our boat to put in the water. Lovely area

We were scheduled to stay but unfortunately a tornado came through the area and the home lost power. Jared, the owner, notified us as we were on our way to Lake Cumberland. He was very apologetic and graciously told us he would refund our payments. We did drive through the area before we headed back home to North Carolina and the area is lovely. We hope to return at another time. Jared has refunded a portion of our payment due to some kind of VRBO limitations but we hope to receive the balance soon. He is responsive and easy to communicate with.

my son and I tournament trip!

My son and I rented this house for a week as we were there to fish the NBAA bass tournament. The house was perfect and had everything we needed. Our 22 foot boat and truck fit in the driveway easily which was really nice. The location was perfect. We will definitely stay at this house again in the future!
