'The staff and hotel manager are highly unprofessional. Even after booking 6 days prior with prepaid on my arrival day my room was given to somebody else and I have to stay in stoor room. Pathetic service and response from hotel as well as site'

'Excellent location, views of both the Taj Mahal and “baby” Taj. Attentive and helpful staff, hailing taxis/Tuk tuks and negotiating prices in advance. All in all a very pleasant stay.'

'Unresponsive staff. Inflexible policies. I lost a day of my stay because of the staff's laziness. Dirty hotel. Highly NOT recommended.'

'Poor cleaniness! The restaurants tables were very dirty and had food stain on them! When asked to clean, the staff only brushed the table off with a soft bristle brush. The bedsheets and towels had stain on them. Literally every single piece. The bathroom toilet paper and tissue papers were half finished. We tried to provide a feedback to the front desk staff on our way out but they didnt seem to care. For a hotel with this price and rating, we expected so much more.'

'Goed hotel, lekker eten. Rustige ligging en vlakbij de Taj Mahal. Vriendelijk personeel'

Wat ons betreft een prima hotel voor uw bezoek aan Agra.'

'It was a very calm stay. Location was easily reachable. Rooms were clean and all amenities were there. Owners (Mr. Tarun and his Father) were very friendly and they were ready to help anytime. Great assistance. All in all, perfect stay, highly recommended.'

'I strongly advise caution before booking this hotel. During my family recent stay, cash was stolen from my room while they were out dining inside the hotel premises. We immediately reported the matter to the manager, but the response was extremely disappointing. Despite repeatedly asking, no clear explanation or resolution was provided, and they refused to share the CCTV footage that could have helped clarify what happened. This is not just about the loss itself, but about the lack of...
