'A great place right to the lake. The garden is beautyful. The beds were good. The way to the centre is a little dark by night, you can take a tuk tuk.'

'The room was clean and was cleaned regularly. Included breakfast was amazing. The hotel is located at the top of Calle Santander, within walking distance to many cafés, restaurants and the lake. There is also big supermarket nearby. Recommended 10/10'

'Fantastic place great location easy parking. Well, kept facilities. Very clean very safe and staff was very nice. It’s right in front of the lake so the views are fantastic. We got a lake view in the high floor. The staff was really nice. Very courteous. I definitely highly recommended. The restaurant is fantastic. They have an incredible dishes, especially the lomito . 'Staff was so welcoming. I was surprised when I saw them meeting us down at the parking lot (2 of them) giving us a warm welcome and offering to carry luggage/bags. Room had a great view of the lake and volcanos, bedding was comfortable and bathroom was clean. Entire room was so spacious. Breakfast was nice as well with a combination of many things we liked. Food and drinks were great. To top it all is the view of Lake Atitlan and the volcanos from the infinity pool. That is magical.'

'Jenna’s is in a magical setting on the side of a hill with a great view of the lake and volcanoes. The front desk folks were incredibly helpful in getting Tuktuks to town and transport to Antigua coordinated. We had the pre fixe dinner which was delicious. I would recommend bringing a beanie and a fleece jacket as mornings on the lake can be a little chilly.'
