'They give you a feeling that you a really welcome. Prices with different kind of taxes should good to told to foreign tourist. They don’ t know all kind of taxes. A desert is a desert when you feel and see the space.That is not really evry’ where. If you want this,ask for for a good walk by camel if you wanted to feel the desert. It is possible. The garden, all is wonderfull inside the resort.'

'The room was large, clean, and very aesthetically pleasing. We got the top room 108 for a family of 4. It’s hard to find accommodation large enough but this was really nice. Kids on mattresses on floor. The manager owns 3 hotels and had everything running smoothly. Shower hot, soap and shampoo supplied. Brilliant chefs who run everything. I loved my chai and our meals. They even cooked me a requested dinner at breakfast time as I’m GF. Very nice place. Balcony on room. Great views from...

'The staff was very courteous and friendly. Breakfast was good. However, this hotel was in the old city of Jodhpur and the surroundings was very raw. Hotel has a very old building and we felt lack of proper ventilation during the stay. Certainly not worth the price, would not do it again. '

The hotel staff are polite but could be more informed about what’s around the hotel and transportation options for guests, restaurants in the area etc. '

'Wonderful, atmospheric & quirky hotel with comfortable rooms, kind & helpful staff & delicious vegetarian menu ( especially the garlic naan!). Traditional musicians played both nights we were there & loved to involve the guests. Great location just round the corner from the stepwell & near the clock tower & market. Nearby secure parking. Steep stairs so wouldn’t be great if you have vertigo!'

'Le seul problème est que nous n'avons pas été logés dans l'hôtel réservé au départ, le "Juna Mahal". En effet, le cuisinier de cet hôtel étant en congé, le petit déjeuner n'était pas disponible. On nous a donc transférés vers un autre hôtel : le "Raj Mandir" afin de bénéficier de la prestation petit déjeuner. J'avais réservé le premier hôtel une chambre avec vue sur le fort, pour le deuxième hôtel nous avions une chambre avec vue sur une étroite ruelle... Il aurait été appréciable de nous...

'Good: the staff is great service oriented. Breakfast was also good with enough items to select from. I do not understand how this is 5 star hotel and heritage. 1. Room smelled 2. Humid 3. Aged floor 4. Light bulbs not working in bathroom 5. No wash cloth in bathroom 6. Towels were little yellowed 7. They give you lock and key which does not make it heritage. 8. All rooms window faces hallways so if you keep drapes open then all those passes bu to get to their room will look in your room....
