The Space:
Relax with your couple or friend and family in this beautiful 3 bedroom / 2.5 bathroom luxury condo located directly on Jaco beach. With room for up to 6 people, this unit is just steps from the beach. Enjoy your plush surroundings in paradise with 
 flat screen TVs (48′ LED TV in Living Room and 40′ LED TVs in the main bedroom), comfy seating, and floor to ceiling windows. The bedroom has its own private door to the balcony and bathroom.

The Neighborhood:
Croc's Casino Resort is on the beachfront in Jacó. Enjoy the beach and explore the town's restaurants, cafés and shops. Ask your host for local recommendations and the best transport option for your plans.

Getting Around:
On-site parking is available. Taxis or private transfers can help you explore Jacó and nearby attractions. Airport transfer times depend on traffic and weather; coordinate your arrival with the host in advance.

Other Things to Note:
Maximum occupancy: 6 registered overnight guests across 3 bedrooms.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, assisted by our host. Let us know when you arrive and wait for the host, who coordinates building access and elevator cards. After 7:00 PM, check in at the hotel reception; Costa Rica Personal Travel Host charges a USD 75 late check-in fee. After check-in, use the condo door code provided for your stay.

Checkout is at 11:00 AM. Leave all keys and access cards inside the apartment; our team will collect and return them.

Send the guest list before arrival. At check-in, present original identification documents and sign the required registration form. We do not request photographs of identification documents in advance.

Smoking and vaping are prohibited throughout the property, including apartments and balconies. Leave the complex to smoke. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. No parties or events.

Pool hours are 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Follow the condominium's other posted pool rules. Only registered guests with authorized access may use the pool and resort amenities.

Private nighttime visitors are allowed only from 10:00 PM to 5:00 AM, subject to the unit's authorized capacity. Security must register and identify each visitor. Each visitor pays USD 50 per day directly at reception, receives no wristband and may not use the pool or amenities. Visitors must leave by 5:00 AM. This does not increase the unit's overnight guest capacity.

Your local host can help with arrival coordination, restaurant recommendations and arranging airport transportation or excursions. Optional services are subject to availability and additional charges; confirm details before booking.
