During my stay, I only had internet access the first night I arrived. That same night, I was unable to communicate with anyone, which caused my friends and family to panic, thinking something had happened to me. When I asked the staff what was wrong with the internet, I received vague and inconsistent explanations.
By the second night, I was determined to let my friends and family know I was safe. I asked the front desk if they could help me make a local call, but I was told it could only be Digicel numbers, not Natcom. Even then, they were unable to get through. Eventually, a gentleman kindly connected my phone to his private internet service so I could communicate, and I had to pay him for that access.
I do not recommend this place to anyone who needs reliable internet service. The place itself is not bad, but the internet service is extremely poor.
