The house is an old Florida beach duplex that has been revitalized. Remodeled bathrooms, new floors, etc.

The house is an old Florida beach home built in the 60s. I have renovated where necessary but have tried to keep as much as the old beach home vibe as I can. The space is a cozy 2/2 with private entrance & plenty of parking. Extremely comfortable leather couch and recliner chair with a massive TV! The sunroom has a washer and dryer that is available for use. The front yard can be gated completely (very helpful for dog owners).

The guests have access to everything in the house.
Parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway and can fit 2 vehicles on the street.

I am extremely social & love meeting new people, so if you have any questions about the city or anything, I am happy to help. I try to be a quick to respond as I can. I try to keep all communications within the AirBnB app but I am available by phone for any questions or help as well.

The neighborhood is extremely laid back. It is very safe and quiet. There is only local traffic on the street.
In Jax Beach, bikers have the right away at all times and there are a lot of us! You will see several people riding around on bicycles, especially on the weekend.

I highly recommend riding bikes if possible, its the way to go!
Parking can be difficult at times at Jax & Atlantic Beach but it is possible. Or you can park anywhere for $5.

There is also a free ride service called “Beachside Buggies”. You can download their app and get free rides to anywhere in Atlantic, Neptune, and Jax beach. This is how I get around and it is amazing. Not only is it free but it supports local business. Just remember to tip your drivers!

There is a lawn service that is performed every Monday. There may be noise between 9 am - 2 pm on Mondays.

CANCELLATION POLICY: There is a 5% cancellation fee for all bookings to cover processing fees.
We ask that you wash all dishes (sink or dishwasher) before leaving. No need to make the bed or anything as I will wash all the sheets anyways.

Please try your hardest to not track sand into the house (it’s very hard I know). There is a bathroom accessible from the sunroom that can be used to rinse off before entering the rest of the house.

If you move any furniture, please move back before leaving. The cleaners have a hard time moving the heavy furniture back into place.
