Six guests find their pace quickly in this Ponte Vedra Beach home - mornings on the screened lanai, afternoons at the community pool, evenings around a table set for eight.

 Sleeping arrangements
Two private bedrooms and an upstairs loft sleep six comfortably. The main suite has a king bed with an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a full bed with a trundle beneath it - ideal for families with younger kids. Up in the loft, two twin beds create a cozy, kid-friendly perch of their own.

 Living & dining
Open ceilings and a light-filled layout give the living area a relaxed, airy feel. Gather around the flat-screen TV with cable, or pull everyone to the dining table that seats eight - big enough for a proper family dinner or a competitive game night.

 Kitchen
A fully equipped kitchen handles everything from quick breakfasts to full meals. You'll find a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, cooking basics, and a coffee maker - everything you need to cook and eat in.

 Outdoor space
The screened lanai is your go-to wind-down spot. Step outside after a day out and settle in with a book or a glass of wine while the breeze does its thing.

 Location
Walk to the community pool and playground. TPC Sawgrass and a strong lineup of local dining are close by. The sands of Ponte Vedra Beach are a short drive away.

 Good to know
High-speed Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, washer, dryer, and free on-site parking for two vehicles are all included. Dogs are welcome with pre-approval and additional fees.

-This Property has a 2-week minimum stay requirement.
-Please be aware that outdoor surveillance camera(s) are in operation on this property for security purposes.
-Sawgrass Country Club is a private members only club. Club Membership does not extend to guests at any property.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed and weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along with separate pet fees collected after you book. Pet Fee is $50 per night, not to exceed $350, plus taxes. Fee for a 2nd dog is dependent upon breed, weight & approval.
