This first-floor unit offers the ideal location - steps to the peaceful complex pool and just across the street from beach access! It's close to everything but still serene and private!

This 1210 sq. ft. condo boasts an open floor plan with natural light, an updated kitchen with subway tile walls, new flooring throughout, and beautiful furnishings. Enjoy relaxing on the patio that overlooks the pool and offers great nature views, or share a meal around the circular dining table positioned under a classic chandelier.

The main living area offers comfortable seating and a new flat screen TV. The kitchen is completely stocked with everything guests need for meal preparation. It also features new appliances, including the refrigerator and dishwasher.

The main bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV, and attached private bathroom that has been renovated. The guest bedroom offers two twin beds, a cozy reading chair, and its own updated bath. All fresh bed linens are provided for guests, along with bath and beach towels.

Enjoy the community's biking/walking trails or the nearby resort's great spa, shops, and restaurants. There are many activities within walking distance. Venture to the charming Historic Downtown of Fernandina Beach (about a 20-minute drive north) and feast on the eclectic dining and varied shopping options there too.

Golf is available at many great courses in the area, with the new Little Sandy short course being a 3-minute walk away on the resort. Bike and golf cart rentals are also available nearby - please inquire for additional information.

It's important to note that only dogs are considered and they must be approved by management. There are size and breed restrictions, and guests must agree to certain terms and conditions. A $150 nonrefundable fee will be required per dog and guests must sign the pet agreement. If the pet fee is not automatically applied at booking, it will be after the reservation is created. Note that dogs must be current on all vaccinations, be house broken, be spayed or neutered, and must be sociable with people and other dogs. No cats or other pets will be considered.
