This beautiful totally renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom beach retreat blends coastal charm with modern comfort. The open-concept living area is filled with natural light and styled in soft neutrals, warm wood tones, and breezy beach accents.

The living room features a new leather sofa, plush swivel chairs, ottoman, and a smart TV, flowing seamlessly into a fully equipped luxury kitchen. Custom wood cabinetry, a blue tiled backsplash, and a shiplapped island with quartz countertops set the tone for a warm, elevated space. The adjacent dining area includes a high-top table with seating for four, complemented by three barstools at the island for additional seating. All living room, dining room, and bar area furniture are brand new!

Stepping through the sliding glass doors, guests will find a large, roomy private covered patio overlooking the secluded oak-covered community pool. Outfitted with four new Adirondack chairs and a large low table, this is the perfect spot to enjoy a morning cup of coffee, al fresco appetizers, casual dining, or to relax after a fun day at the beach!

All bedrooms have been upgraded with new tile flooring, adding a touch of elegance and practicality to each room. The master bedroom is furnished with a new king bed, new striped bedding, two new chairs, and a new dresser, offering a relaxing and functional retreat. A flat-screen smart TV and sliding glass doors that open directly onto the covered patio enhance the space and bring the outdoors in. The en suite bathroom features a coastal open-air concept walk-in shower with dual shower heads and a custom-made quartz double vanity, along with a private water closet.

Just off the main living space, the second bedroom includes an upholstered queen bed and a built-in desk area—perfect for working while on vacation. The third bedroom offers two twin beds and direct access to the second full bath, which also opens to the hallway. This enlarged bathroom features a custom-made quartz vanity and a custom tile surround on the tub/shower, combining style and functionality for added comfort.

A quick 2.5-minute walk will take you directly to the ocean's edge and sandy beaches of the gorgeous coastline. The Summer Beach Community is ocean front so no need to cross any streets to get the private beach access. The Sailmaker boardwalk is completely stair free allowing easier access for bikes, baby strollers, wheeled coolers, beach wagons, etc. The Sailmaker pool that this villa overlooks is just a short distance from the villa and the perfect place to catch some rays or relax in the shade of the magnificent oaks while the kids splash around in the pool. The Summer Beach Village community is also just steps away from the Ritz Carlton where guests have access to all of the Ritz's restaurants, shops and spa.
