Cottage by the Sea features front row views of the beautiful beach and Atlantic Ocean.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway in Fernandina Beach. The location to the beach starts at the bottom of the deck steps. Wiggle your toes into the sand and feel the grounding taking place within your body as you relax and breathe in the salty air. Take a long stroll along the beach and steal a treasure or two from the ocean's bountiful supply as a reminder of your visit to this beautiful island.

Your code for the lock box will be the last 4 of your cell number. You will receive this code 15 minutes before check-in.
The door is an Andersen high impact door with a 3 point locking system.
After booking, you will have access to my cell phone number. My handyman and housekeeper live close by and are eager to help should issues arise.

The neighborhood is a mix of long term residents and short term rental properties.
Our Cottage by the Sea is located a short distance from Main Beach where you can enjoy two restaurants, a playground and a round of Putt Putt.
The downtown area of Fernandina Beach is located less than 3 miles of the Cottage. Our downtown has a variety of delicious restaurants, shops and tasty treats like homemade chocolates, a bakery and 2 ice cream shops.
The downtown hosts a local fresh farmer's market on Saturday mornings.

Guests have full access to the home with no shared interior spaces.
Parking for the cottage is easily accessible and located between the Cottage and our Rosie's Retreat.
We can accommodate 2 vehicles.
