Lenny (the lime green golf cart) disclaimer: booking owner (person who makes the reservation) and all other guests who intend to drive will be required to sign a waiver. Insurance requires drivers to be 25 years of age and older (age will be verified on waiver and valid driver's license is required to be shared per the instructions in the guidebook). Golf cart usage is subject to a refundable deposit. Lenny cannot, under any circumstances, be driven on the beach.

Regarding Lenny, the Pink Pheasant and its owners are not liable for your actions and any harm/damage caused by you. For your entire stay, you assume full liability for golf cart damage, damage caused by use of golf cart and any resulting injury. If golf cart is returned damaged, you will be held responsible, including up to full replacement of golf cart if required.
