Direct Oceanfront 1st Floor Condo! Steps from the sand!!

  • Schoon, mooi en alle gemakken van thuis. 2 slaapkamers / 1 badkamer appartement met de oceaan zo dichtbij dat je het bijna kunt aanraken! 6 slaapplaatsen. Een 20 voet balkon geeft u de beste stoel in het huis voor zonsopgangen, zonsondergangen en dolfijnen bekijken.

    Ouderslaapkamer is aan de oceaanzijde. De tweede slaapkamer heeft een queensize bed en de woonkamer heeft een slaapbank. Een inloop douche / water kast is tussen de twee.

    Een volledig ingerichte keuken betekent dat u niet elke maaltijd hoeft uit te eten ... tenzij u graag buiten op het grote balkon eet.

    Een prachtige plek om weg te komen en te ontspannen in de zon en te surfen. U kunt naar het Amelia Island Ritz Carlton gaan voor een massage of winkelen in de oude binnenstad van Fernandina, Fort Clinch verkennen of uitkijken naar onderzeeërs die Kings Bay verlaten. Sluit uw dagen af in een van de vele goede eetgelegenheden.

    Het gastnotitieblok in het apparaat biedt u veel opties om te verkennen.

It's on the north end of the beach, only a few minutes to downtown. You are right on the beach, not off set like many others. The 20' wide porch is great for sitting in the evening; you just can't get that with a typical hotel. Only 1/2 mile to the Fort Clinch State Park entrance. Just a great location, would stay there again!

The condo was just what we needed for a long weekend getaway. We loved that it was right on the beach and could watch the sunrise from the spacious balcony. It was close to the downtown area for amazing dining and shopping. The condo was clean, had a fully stocked kitchen, and even had some items to carry down to the beach.

We had a great 4-night stay at the condo, no issues whatsoever. A couple of restaurants, as well as Main Beach Park, are within easy walking distance. Michael responded quickly to a couple of questions we had - good communications. We'd definitely stay here again!

The condo was very charming. We absolutely loved the decor and the ocean views. Parking was good. Some of the kitchen utensils were dirty, but we ate out every day. Sadly, the coffee creamer was curdled, and a package of cookies was opened with a few cookies missing out of the package and there was what looked to be a dusting/buffing pad between the fitted and flat sheets on the bed. The condo didn’t look like it had been swept, so we swept upon our arrival and every day of our stay.The host was so easy to get in touch with and always responded within just minutes. We would definitely stay at Coral Sands again and we would recommend Coral Sands.Thank you

It was excellent all the way around…very clean…cozy and many comforts provided. The only issue is the parking is a bit limit but the unit and location is top notch. Thank you for sharing your home.

My husband, two teenage daughters and myself spent a long weekend at this condo. It was perfect for the four of us. The host went above and beyond with supplying coffee, some snacks and drinks to get us started, as well as dishwasher soap pods, and bathroom supplies.The view from this condo was beautiful. We were very comfortable there. From this location, we could go on beach walks and bike rides.

The condo was clean and location perfect. All of the amenities listed were there including beach chairs and a beach umbrella. The listing said it slept 6 with a pull out sofa, but it was just a normal sofa. Fortunately this still worked for us as a family of 5. Michael was very responsive and accommodating.

Really cute, clean , oceanfront condo. Nice and quiet. Owners left a bottle of wine and some snacks which was a nice touch. Lovely balcony to sit and watch the waves. Felt very comfortable, not like staying in someone else’s house.

Great stay in Fernandina Beach

We had a great time at this beautiful location ! Super clean and super close to everything ! Loved to wake up to the ocean, and go to sleep listening to it at night !
