Completely remodeled Oceanfront 2 bedroom, 2 bath 4th floor condo complete with a private balcony, elevator & pool. Come enjoy the panorama ocean views from this top-floor condo and enjoy the breeze as you relax on the private balcony. Access to the beach and pool are extremely convenient.

A comfortable king size bed in the primary bedroom with a memory foam mattress with Protect-A-Bed premium mattress cover.

Private primary bathroom has a walk-in shower and convenient closet storage.

Bedroom 2:
The 2nd bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed with a memory foam mattress with Protect-A-Bed premium mattress cover.

This condo was very old and outdated. The whole condo had the worst odor. Theyre wasnt a tv in one bedroom and it was extremely hot even though the bedroom was bedside the old rough looking stinky AC unit. The terms on the condo are crazy....You MUST buy insurance for an additional 60. Why the condo was in rough shape an it looked like all the furniture was picked up iff the side of the road. Both mattresses were beyond use very old and uncomfortable. Ive stayed in the same condo complex before and the accommodations were much nicer and I didnt pay the extra fee. I explained I was going to the Mayo hospital fir surgery and asked about possible late check out due to surgery. They didnt bother to respond exvept by a standard text on polices.....SO RUDE. I would NOT advise ANYONE to stay at this condo. It is overpriced,doesnt match the pitures, and the communication was NON existant EXCEPT saying EVERYTHING you arent supposed to do and wanting a GREAT REVIEW which I would NEVER lie and give them one. It was not clean like it should be with the cleaning fee we paid. Go look at my other reviews and many overnight stays in Jacksonville and other locations. No reviews like this!!!! Pictures dont show how bad it really is.

The facility was nice and clean. A little smaller than i thought. The coach was supposed to be a pull out, it wasn’t. The main sliding glass door wouldn’t open. Over all a good place.

Jax beach experience

Garrison and the people that I dealt with were terrific.very accommodating,and always responded to our questions in a timely fashion. There were great.The condo itself was as advertised. Beautiful location great parking situation.Kitchen appliances were fine ,the only negative was the furnishings. The couches and chairs were uncomfortable.The mattresses could be replaced as they were also uncomfortable. However overall a enjoyable experience.

We had a local family wedding and this property was perfect for my family. Ocean view is amazing and beach/pool access was great to have during our stay. Can’t wait for the next trip!

Peace of Paradise

Went to Atlantic Beach with our frequent travel friends to visit our daughter and play golf. The accommodations and location in most excellent. Stillwater golf and CC is an awesome golf experience. Queens Harbor had scored the fairways and there is water in play on every hole. St John’s CC scotched their greens and plan to close in 2 weeks for 6 months. Stillwater was our favorite. Salumeria is an awesome restaurant and I will return to eat there and visit our daughter who works there. Blessed Easter to all!

Nice Beach Getaway

Very pleasant stay. Great location right on the beach with the pier just a short stroll away. Plenty of nearby restaurants. My wife and I stayed there with our two young sons. Nice balcony to gaze at the beach. Most of the time we had the pool to ourselves if we wanted to use it Owners are very responsive. We accidentally left a bag behind when we checked out and they were kind enough to mail it to us. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Spring Break

Everything was great! The condo has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. It also has a beautiful view and sits right on the beach. Communication was great prior to our stay. The only issue is that we still have not received a refund for our 1500 deposit. Garrison has stopped communicating with us as well.
